RETROFIT 1970’S BUNGALOW
(Derby)

EVERSLEY ROAD SKETTY
(Swansea)

The Eversley Road development in Swansea is a newly constructed residential block comprising of 13 one-bedroom flats across three floors, along with associated communal areas. The project was delivered by Easyliving Limited in collaboration with Beacon Cymru Group. THE WESTERN AVENUE DEVELOPMENT (Market Harborough)

The Western Avenue development in Market Harborough is a new residential build comprising nine flats, offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each unit features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, along with a modern bathroom. The project was delivered by Sound Construction.

FULHAM PALACE ROAD
(Hammersmith, London)

GYPDECK 18 + UFH was selected for a mixed use development comprising of apartments and retail space on Fulham Palace Road in Hammersmith, London. The system was chosen for its exceptional acoustic and underfloor heating output performance. The lightweight structure of the GYPDECK 18 system offered a superior alternative to traditional screeds.
